The Hi-Ex Charity Auctions in 2008 and 2009 raised a considerable sum of money for our chosen charity Children 1st. Many thanks to everyone who helped make the auctions such a success by donating items and / or bidding for some of our unique goodies!
Below are just some of the incredible items that have already been donated to the convention for 2010!
Important information:
- The auction will take place at 2pm on Saturday March 27th in the La Scala Cinema at Eden Court.
- Remember: all the proceeds of the auction go to Children 1st!
- Under 18s may only bid if accompanied by an adult.
- In order to keep the auction flowing, all payments will be taken at the end of the auction.
- We can only accept cheques or cash.
- All bids will be considered genuine.
- The organisers of Hi-Ex reserve the right to decline any bids they feel have not been made with good intent. Likewise, they reserve the right to eject any person whose presence or actions they judge to be disruptive to the auction.
- Refunds can only be given in the case where an item has been damaged before receipt.
