Highland International Comic Expo
Hi-Ex! 2nd & 3rd February, 2008

On the weekend of February 2nd and 3rd, Inverness will play host to the inaugural Highland International Comic Expo: Hi-Ex!
The two day festival will be held at the newly refurbished Eden Court, and will feature a host of the very best in International comic talent.

As well as a packed weekend programme of talks, interviews, panels and workshops, Eden Courts Blink Space gallery will be hosting an exhibition of original comic art in the run up to, and over the weekend.
Also, on the Saturday night in Eden Court cinema, we'll be holding a movie marathon and showing all three Spider-Man movies back-to-back!
Hi-Ex will also be spreading its wings further in the weeks preceding the event, with a series of outreaches to Highland schools. These will include an art competition and school visits from writers such as children’s author Michael Carroll- author of the best selling ‘New Heroes’ series www.quantumprophecy.com
